During our stay there we were privileged to enjoy some of the delicious chef favorites such as the whole Tilapia fish that was simply breathtaking and to have a conversation with Joseph Tumaini who is the Operations Manager of the hotel. Joseph: It was started in 2018 and we have grown tremendously in this one year. Through our hard work we have managed to serve not only Tanzanian citizens but also people from all over the world. Using social media as a marketing strategy has enabled us to reach people from all over the world at a more affordable cost. This made the most economical sense for us.
Joseph: We pride ourselves in the fact that we are easily accessible to most of the tourist attractions that are present in Arusha. At the same time, we offer you a change to experience beautiful views, great food and excellent customer service all at an affordable price. Our goal is to ensure that all our guests get value for their money and that they are pleased with the experience they get while they stay with us.
Joseph: The digital era has facilitated the development of solutions that make business operations less tedious unlike before.
